Compilation financial reports for smaller businesses

Many small to medium-sized businesses—often defined as having revenues, not over $ 10,000,000—have to provide their lenders annual financial reports.

Many lenders will accept Compilation Financial Reports, rather than the considerably more expensive Review or Audit Financial Reports because the business management and the lender have had good banking relationships spanning many years and need an annual report prepared by an independent CPA to satisfy the requirements of the loan.

We have been preparing Compilation Financial Reports for years and work with small to medium-sized companies to prepare these reports on a timely basis, at reasonable costs.

Of course, we can prepare the related tax returns as part of this Engagement.

Please contact us as soon as possible so we can schedule an appointment to go over your financial records and prepare an Engagement Letter which covers the services to be provided and the fees.
